The restaurant opens around end of March to mid-November. Outside of these periods, we can study any project that can be carried out during the winter period

“I am very demanding on the product, I try to sublimate it in a simple way while being innovative. I have a soft spot for working with fish, but my priority remains working with local producers. We use organic vegetables at the Malevergne farm, for example. My goal is simple: to please our customers!
